We are using the Korean i.Colour.U “Doldam" ink today. These series of 3 Oysters Korean Inks are modelled after important landmarks in Seoul city, South Korea. 돌담 “Doldam” means Stonewall, and this shaded grey tones are reminiscent of the colours of the stones used to build the landmark ancient gates in Seoul, such as the No. 1 national treasure, Sungnyemung Gate, (southern gate) near Namdaemun market. The glass ink bottles are beautifully made, with a slant on one corner so that it can stand on its edge, and make it easier for users to draw up the last drop of ink! 😊 It has been so popular that we are currently sold out, but new stocks will come in by mid December. This time, we tested with Kaweco Sport Clear Transparent FP in EF nib on Ro-Biki Note (it features special 4.5 mm reticile squared Yamamoto paper) from Japan.
