International

A flat rate of $10 (except Trion bags) will be charged for international order, which will be delivered via DHL eCommerce. Transit time varies from countries to countries.

Estimated Transit Time

1-2 weeks Asian countries and United Kingdom

2-3 weeks to United States, Australia, and most of the European countries

3-8 weeks to the rest of the world

When the package arrives at the destination country, it will be handled by your local postal service. For example, package sending to United States will be handled by USPS, package sending to United Kingdom will be handled by Royal Mail. Please contact us if you haven’t receive your order 18 working days from the date of posting.

If you want to get a more reliable/faster service, you may contact us to use express service like DHL Express or FeDex as shipping method.
