A flat rate of $10 SGD* will be charged for international order, which will be delivered via DHL eCommerce. Transit time varies from countries to countries.
1-2 weeks to Malaysia and United Kingdom
2-3 weeks to Asian Countries, United States, Australia, and most of the European countries
3-8 weeks to the rest of the world
When the package arrives at the destination country, it will be handled by your local postal service. For example, package sending to United States will be handled by USPS, package sending to United Kingdom will be handled by Royal Mail. Please contact us if you haven’t receive your order 18 working days from the date of posting.
If you want to get a more reliable/faster service, you may contact us to use express service like DHL Express or FeDex as shipping method.

You can return your purchase within 14 days from your receipt of the item, provided the product is not opened, is returned in its original packaging and comes with its receipt with the EXCEPTION for sale item and personalised items that are not returnable or refundable. No questions ask. 100% of the value of the item (excluding shipping) will be refunded for safe return of the purchase.
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please Contact Us within 14 days from the date of received. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.
