What Are Clear Stamps?
Unlike its traditional rubber stamp, the clear stamp is transparent, which allows you to confirm the stamp's orientation before stamping on a surface. That makes life so much easier as it takes away a lot of guesswork. The clear stamp itself is made of soft material, so you cannot stamp with it alone and you will need an acrylic block as support. The stamp is self-adhesive and will cling onto the block, and swapping stamps cannot be easier!
These stamps are super easy to use. Simply peel them off the packaging and stick them flat side down onto the block. Apply some ink and you're ready to add some colour and flair to anything you decide. After you're done stamping, simply clean off your stamp with some wet wipes, peel it off the block and replace back to its packaging, ready for its next stamping adventure.

Once the parcel leaves Singapore, the final mile delivery is done by destination postal service. For example, US parcels will be delivered by USPS; UK parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail.
The tracking may differ from post to post. It will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, SingPost or DHL eCommerce will check with the overseas postal administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.
Please take note that overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local Customs officer for further information.

You can return your purchase within 14 days from your receipt of the item, provided the product is not opened, is returned in its original packaging, and comes with its receipt with the EXCEPTION for sale item and personalised items that are not returnable or refundable. No questions ask. 100% of the value of the item (excluding shipping) will be refunded for safe return of the purchase.
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please Contact Us within 14 days from the date of received. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.
We understand sometimes there could be a mismatch about the expectations. Just Contact Us and our customer service personnel will guide you for the entire procedure. Do take note buyers must take care of all shipping charges.
If your parcel is being returned to us due to any reason such as:
Unclaimed
Incomplete/Insufficient Address
Undeliverable as Addressed
Refused, etc…
Only once the parcel arrives back at our office we will refund the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost, applied to free shipping orders as well.
