The Conklin Pen Company established in 1898 in Toledo, Ohio, USA promptly changed the writing industry forever when it patented the self-filling pen known as the Crescent Filler, now recognized as the world’s first practical self-filling fountain pen. The pen itself became a beloved item for now spokesperson, Mark Twain. Conklin thrived and Crescent Fillers became one of the most beloved pens in history. Four resin finishes were carefully selected to honor Conklin’s rich history and evoke some of the great models of its past: Black Chase with rose gold trim, alluring Ivory with rose gold accents, Peanut Butter with chrome trim, Vintage Green with yellow gold accents, and Limited Edition Clear with rose gold trim. Hand-made in Florence Italy, fountain pen utilizes Roy Conklin’s ground-breaking patented crescent filling mechanism, working as efficiently today as it did over 100 years ago, filling the ink reservoir effortlessly.

Each pen is engraved with Mark Twain’s distinctive signature along the band and is equipped with the original Conklin spring loaded rocker clip patented in 1916, perfect for any pocket, jacket, or coat. Fitted with a signature cushion point steel nib. With the Mark Twain Crescent available in four distinctive and beautiful finishes, you won’t know which one to choose first.

Once the parcel leaves Singapore, the final mile delivery is done by destination postal service. For example, US parcels will be delivered by USPS; UK parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail.

The tracking may differ from post to post. It will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, SingPost or DHL eCommerce will check with the overseas postal administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.

Please take note that overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. You can return your purchase within 14 days from your receipt of the item, provided the product is not opened, is returned in its original packaging, and comes with its receipt with the EXCEPTION for sale item and personalised items that are not returnable or refundable. No questions ask. 100% of the value of the item (excluding shipping) will be refunded for safe return of the purchase.

If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please Contact Us within 14 days from the date of received. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.

We understand sometimes there could be a mismatch about the expectations. Just Contact Us and our customer service personnel will guide you for the entire procedure. Do take note buyers must take care of all shipping charges.

If your parcel is being returned to us due to any reason such as:

Undeliverable as Addressed

Only once the parcel arrives back at our office we will refund the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost, applied to free shipping orders as well.
