Pen Engraving
We simply love stationery and understand how personalised stationery can be a source of great joy for the user. It always feels great to fill up the pages of a diary or planner that has been customised or personalised. It can be customized with your initials, name or your personal motto. It is even better when you are writing with a personalised pen!
We are able to provide pen graving with Chinese or Kanji characters. Our craftsman use the most advanced engraving machines, which have the ability to engrave pens in complex multilingual characters.
Pen Engraving Process
The engraving process cut into the surface of the pen, the result varies based on the pen material. The natural colour will show for a metal pen. For example, the silver colour shows for a stainless steel pen. For a pen that has lacquered finish, the engraving process will cut the lacquer surface and reveal the metal beneath.
Resin and plastic pens can also be engraved but there's no colour variation. Thus they will be filled with acrylic paint (which match to the trim of the pen) to make the engraving stand out.

Once the parcel leaves Singapore, the final mile delivery is done by destination postal service. For example, US parcels will be delivered by USPS; UK parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail.
The tracking may differ from post to post. It will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, SingPost or DHL eCommerce will check with the overseas postal administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.
Please take note that overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. You can return your purchase within 14 days from your receipt of the item, provided the product is not opened, is returned in its original packaging and comes with its receipt with the EXCEPTION for sale item and personalised items that are not returnable or refundable. No questions ask. 100% of the value of the item (excluding shipping) will be refunded for safe return of the purchase.
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please Contact Us within 14 days from the date of received. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.
We understand sometimes there could be a mismatch about the expectations. Just Contact Us and our customer service personnel will guide you for the entire procedure. Do take note buyers must take care of all shipping charges.

only once the parcel arrives back to our office we will refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost, applied to free shipping orders as well.
