Kyo-Iro fountain pen inks are made in Kyoto, Japan. They are crafted according traditional Japanese dyeing techniques. These inks are inspired by famous and fascinating places in Kyoto which are the expression of its rich history and profound culture.
“Gion” is the city where you can meet aesthetics that has been inherited by Japanese ancestors. There are Kyoto-stye houses lining up, flow of river, stone road and sometimes you can see “Maiko-san”. This is completely Japan itself.
In winter of Kyoto that is getting silence back after finishing autumn season, you can feel sacred atmosphere if you fold your hand in front of “Amitabha” standing in ceder grove when snow is falling.

“Fushimi-Inari” is the head quarter of “oinari-san” that existing 30000 places across Japan. It’s been widely worshiped with people’s deep devotion as a god of harvest, prosperity, safety and fulfilment of your dream.
東山の月影 / Moonlight of Higashiyama
“Higashiyama” is the city where there are tradition, creation, culture and comfort. There are not just only scenic sport and famous places, but there are also Kyoto-style house “Machiya”, and full of humaneness around here.
蹴上の桜襲 / Cherry Blossom of Keage
As becoming spring season, breathtaking landscape with cherry blossom fills everything around “keage” particularly called “somei-yoshino”. There is no doubt it is remarkable just like falling star on the railway.

Once the parcel leaves Singapore, the final mile delivery is done by destination postal service. For example, US parcels will be delivered by USPS; UK parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail.
The tracking may differ from post to post. It will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, SingPost or DHL eCommerce will check with the overseas postal administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.
Please take note that overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local Customs officer for further information.

You can return your purchase within 14 days from your receipt of the item, provided the product is not opened, is returned in its original packaging, and comes with its receipt with the EXCEPTION for sale item and personalised items that are not returnable or refundable. No questions ask. 100% of the value of the item (excluding shipping) will be refunded for safe return of the purchase.
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please Contact Us within 14 days from the date of received. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.
We understand sometimes there could be a mismatch about the expectations. Just Contact Us and our customer service personnel will guide you for the entire procedure. Do take note buyers must take care of all shipping charges.

Undeliverable as Addressed
Refused, etc…
Only once the parcel arrives back at our office we will refund the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost, applied to free shipping orders as well.
