This is a 5-year diary.  By 5-year diary, it means each page is for one day, say 1st of January, with 5 rows, each row for one year.  So when you write your diary in the second year, you can see how you were doing the same day last year by referring to the previous row and so on.  It is so much fun to write your diary while reading your memories.  Meeting yourself again, reminding yourself of what might have been forgotten, grow with time, and use the diary with love and happiness for 5 years.

The diary cover is in a beautiful design of vivid flowers and grasses. The three-dimensional effect of the embroidery is created with attention paid to details such as  thickness of the thread and the shape of the plants. On the back cover, it is designed with luxurious gold foil stamping. Just like embroidery, this diary is created thread by thread pin by pin with happenings and stories day by day.

The months is indexed on the side.  The page at the beginning allows you to record important days and anniversaries.  There is also a prologue at the beginning of the diary, and an epilogue at the end, so you can record your thoughts at the beginning and end of each year. 

The paper used in the diary is MD paper, on which ink would not bleed through easily.  MD paper was first developed in Japan in the 1960s, and is continuously refined over the years to enhance the writing feel on the paper. The diary book is made using the thread binding technique, which makes the pages both robust and easy to open.

International Deliveries

We only ship to the below countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

Once the parcel leaves Singapore, the final mile delivery is done by destination postal service. For example, US parcels will be delivered by USPS; UK parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail.

The tracking may differ from post to post. It will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, SingPost or DHL eCommerce will check with the overseas postal administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.

Please take note that overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local Customs officer for further information.

You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as the product remains unopened, is in its original packaging, and is accompanied by the receipt. However, please note that sale items and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable exceptions to this policy. We stand by a no-questions-asked approach, and if the item is safely returned, 100% of the item's value (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded..

If you happen to receive a defective item, the incorrect item, or an incorrect quantity, please Contact Us within 14 days from the date of receipt. We will promptly send you the correct item, and we'll also reimburse you for the return shipping costs resulting from our mistake. Your satisfaction is our priority.

If your parcel is being returned to us for any reason, such as:

• Unclaimed
• Incomplete/Insufficient Address
• Undeliverable as Addressed
• Refused, and so forth...

Please note that only once the parcel arrives back at our office will we initiate a refund for the purchase price of the products, minus the shipping cost. This also applies to orders that had initially qualified for free shipping.
