Kaweco Elite
Especially for ELITE the characteristic, octagonal barrels are made of hand-polished black piano lacquer acrylic turned from a solid acrylic block. They are aesthetically combined with a high-gloss, chrome-plated round cap and a nostalgic clip in traditional style.
Since the invention of the piston fountain pen in 1929 the technology has constantly developed. New filling systems were launched and improved to the point of the application of ink cartridges. A lot has happened even in terms of design. So in the past the Kaweco ELITE was made of ebonite, later on of celluloid as colour and design options thus got even bigger. The modern ELITE is equipped with an excellent handled acrylic body and a practical cartridge / converter system.
