The Drehgriffel Nr. 1 from LEUCHTTURM1917 is a distinctive writing instrument. Inspired by the design dating back to the 1920s, the hexagon-shaped barrel of the Drehgriffel Nr. 1 pen and the tapered tip which, along with the twist button, come in a contrasting colour to the barrel, makes for a striking statement. It is comfortable to hold and the design has won several awards. A homage to the art of writing.
As with all LEUCHTTURM1917 products, the quality behind the Drehgriffel Nr. 1 pen plays a key role. The mechanism and refill, which make up this distinctive writing instrument, are made in Germany. Once the Drehgriffel Nr. 1 has been manufactured from precisely milled aluminium and brass, it is lacquered and sealed. It works on a spring-loaded turning mechanism. The fact that it is made with lightweight materials and consists of a hexagon-shaped barrel, means that the Drehgriffel Nr. 1 pen is very easy to hold and is ideal for all styles of writing. Available in various colours and the colours match all LEUCHTTURM1917 planners, notebooks and pen loops.

Once the parcel leaves Singapore, the final mile delivery is done by destination postal service. For example, US parcels will be delivered by USPS; UK parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail.
The tracking may differ from post to post. It will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, SingPost or DHL eCommerce will check with the overseas postal administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.
Please take note that overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local Customs officer for further information.

You can return your purchase within 14 days from your receipt of the item, provided the product is not opened, is returned in its original packaging, and comes with its receipt with the EXCEPTION for sale item and personalised items that are not returnable or refundable. No questions ask. 100% of the value of the item (excluding shipping) will be refunded for safe return of the purchase.
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please Contact Us within 14 days from the date of received. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.

Only once the parcel arrives back at our office we will refund the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost, applied to free shipping orders as well.
