RULING: 

Ruled A clear layout with lines. In almost all formats the line spacing is the standard of 6 mm. The Master Classic offers a generous line spacing of 8.5 mm, including a margin for comments.

Dotted On the dot. Discreet dots, set at a distance of 5 mm, help to write in a straight line as well as serving as a template for creating tables and drawings.

Blank White pages. No margin, no date. Just the page number in the lower corner of the sheet. In addition, we enclose a sheet with lines and one with squares with every Master and Medium blank notebook.

Once the parcel leaves Singapore, the final mile delivery is done by destination postal service. For example, US parcels will be delivered by USPS; UK parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail.

The tracking may differ from post to post. It will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, SingPost or DHL eCommerce will check with the overseas postal administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.

Please take note that overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local Customs officer for further information.

You can return your purchase within 14 days from your receipt of the item, provided the product is not opened, is returned in its original packaging, and comes with its receipt with the EXCEPTION for sale item and personalised items that are not returnable or refundable. No questions ask. 100% of the value of the item (excluding shipping) will be refunded for safe return of the purchase.

If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please Contact Us within 14 days from the date of received. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.

We understand sometimes there could be a mismatch about the expectations. Just Contact Us and our customer service personnel will guide you for the entire procedure. Do take note buyers must take care of all shipping charges.

If your parcel is being returned to us due to any reason such as:

Unclaimed
Incomplete/Insufficient Address
Undeliverable as Addressed
Refused, etc…

Only once the parcel arrives back at our office we will refund the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost, applied to free shipping orders as well.
