Terms & Conditions

For the Referrer

1. The referrals will receive the referral reward in the form of Cityluxe's Rewards Point.

2. The Rewards Point will be issued automatically after friends referred use the referrer's code to make their first purchase at www.cityluxe.sg.

3. Rewards Point awarded cannot be exchanged for cash or other incentives.

4. Rewards Point earned are still subject to expiry.

5. If a new user has referral codes from multiple Cityluxe users, Rewards Point will only be credited to the single account tied to the referral link used at checkout.

6. Self-referrals are not allowed. Any detected self-referrals will lead to invalidation of rewards points and account deletion, resulting in a ban.

For Friends Referred

1. Only new users who have never created a Cityluxe account are eligible to use the Referral Link.

2. The code is limited to one usage per user and can only be used on the first purchase.

3. Referral code cannot be used together with any other voucher code or promotion.

4. The referral code is still subject to other conditions such as minimum spend and expiry.

5. Cityluxe reserves the right to disallow accounts from using the referral code if fraudulent activity is suspected.
