International Deliveries

We only ship to the below countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

*Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations and additional tariffs, we are unable to ship to the United States until further notice.

Once the parcel leaves Singapore, the final mile delivery is done by destination postal service. For example, US parcels will be delivered by USPS; UK parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail.

The tracking may differ from post to post. It will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, Aramex will check with the overseas postal administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.

Please take note that overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local Customs officer for further information.

You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as the product remains unopened, is in its original packaging, and is accompanied by the receipt. However, please note that sale items and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable exceptions to this policy. We stand by a no-questions-asked approach, and if the item is safely returned, 100% of the item's value (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded..

If you happen to receive a defective item, the incorrect item, or an incorrect quantity, please Contact Us within 14 days from the date of receipt. We will promptly send you the correct item, and we'll also reimburse you for the return shipping costs resulting from our mistake. Your satisfaction is our priority.

We recognize that sometimes there may be a disparity in expectations. If your parcel is being returned to us for any reason, such as:

• Incomplete/Insufficient Address
• Undeliverable as Addressed

Please note that only once the parcel arrives back at our office will we initiate a refund for the purchase price of the products, minus the shipping cost. This also applies to orders that had initially qualified for free shipping.
