The Heritage™ Collection is a celebration of many early fountain pen designs and filling mechanisms. Each collection will be created in a numbered special edition of finishes throughout the year.

You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as the product remains unopened, is in its original packaging, and is accompanied by the receipt. However, please note that sale items and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable exceptions to this policy. We stand by a no-questions-asked approach, and if the item is safely returned, 100% of the item's value (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded..

If your parcel is being returned to us for any reason, such as:

Please note that only once the parcel arrives back at our office will we initiate a refund for the purchase price of the products, minus the shipping cost. This also applies to orders that had initially qualified for free shipping.
